Today's sunset pictures were taken by my mother from her balcony in Cali. The far left hill is a landmark from the City. El Cerro de las 3 Cruces is a monument with 3 crosses on top of the mountain. The legend says that the devil was in this mountain and that is why those crosses are there, to make sure that the devil never came back. Many people walk up the hill during Easter as a sacrifice and others do it during the weekend for exercise. I always heard that it was not a safe place to go and I have never been up. I am sure the view has to be amazing from the top. The hill is in the west side of the City and I can see the crosses every time I am in Cali. I can't believe that will be there in 3 months to get married.
